Our Approach

The Foundry adopts the Agile development method. We have short sprints every 2 or 3 weeks that can be reviewed with the client during the development phase.

This method let us achieve better results in the same amount of time with better control over the quality and delivery for the client.

Business Case

The first step is to wear our business consulting hat and ensure our client’s business is aligned with the digital project objectives.

Together, we discuss the business case. Is the new project to:

  • Reduce exploitation cost;
  • Increase revenue;
  • Automate your business processes;
  • Improve cybersecurity;
  • Attacking a new market segment;
  • Creating assets for your company?

Strategy & Budget

Base on our client's objectives, we plan multiple scenarios with varying budgets and possible results.

Some of the possible scenarios are MVP, prototyping, or full functional version for global deployment.

Agile Planning

Development steps need to be flexible. Not everything can be planned because there are always good and bad surprises or a willingness to change along the way.

Every two weeks, we plan ahead of the next sprint objectives. That allows developing new features and incorporating the modifications following test results.

Sprint Development

Developing on a short schedule lets the client test and confirm every step of the project. That way, we get rapid mutual feedback. This approach enables the client and development team to make adjustments during the development without impacting on the delivery or budget.
